ชื่นชมสปิริตนักพัฒนา! คณะนิติศาสตร์เน้นย้ำ “Fail to Learn”
หัวใจสำคัญของการเรียนรู้ผ่านโครงการ Fact to Action Pitching Project
ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ชัยณรงค์ เหลืองวิลัย คณบดีคณะนิติศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ กล่าวชื่นชมบุคลากรสายปฏิบัติการที่แสดงศักยภาพและความมุ่งมั่นในการพัฒนางานของคณะผ่านการนำเสนอโครงการภายใต้ “Fact to Action Pitching Project” ซึ่งมีโครงการเข้าร่วมพิจารณาเกือบ 20 โครงการ
หนึ่งในโครงการที่ได้รับความสนใจและนำเสนอโดย
นายภควัต พรหมชาติ งานพัฒนาคุณภาพนักศึกษา เมื่อวันที่ 22 กรกฎาคม 2568 คือ “โครงการทุนนักศึกษาช่วยงาน” ซึ่งมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงระบบการบริหารจัดการทุนช่วยงานจากระบบเดิมที่เป็นกระดาษไปสู่ระบบออนไลน์ที่ทันสมัย อย่างไรก็ตาม คณะกรรมการผู้พิจารณาได้ให้ข้อเสนอแนะที่สำคัญเพื่อนำไปปรับปรุงโครงการให้สมบูรณ์ยิ่งขึ้น
คณะกรรมการมีความเห็นว่าแนวคิดการปรับปรุงสู่ระบบออนไลน์นั้นเป็นสิ่งที่ได้รับการสนับสนุน ทว่าในรูปแบบที่นำเสนอในปัจจุบันยังมีความซับซ้อนและอาจสร้างภาระงานใหม่ให้กับบุคลากร โดยเฉพาะอาจารย์ และยังขาดการวิเคราะห์ผลกระทบอย่างรอบด้าน ทั้งนี้ วัตถุประสงค์หลักของทุนช่วยงานคือการช่วยเหลือและฝึกประสบการณ์นักศึกษา มิใช่การควบคุมชั่วโมงอย่างเคร่งครัด คณะกรรมการจึงได้ให้ข้อเสนอแนะให้โครงการทบทวนกระบวนการทำงานเพื่อให้เรียบง่าย ลดขั้นตอนที่ไม่จำเป็น และแก้ไขปัญหาที่แท้จริง
คณบดีได้กล่าวแสดงความชื่นชมและให้กำลังใจทีมงานผู้เสนอโครงการที่พร้อมจะรับฟังข้อเสนอแนะและนำกลับไปพัฒนาต่อยอด สะท้อนให้เห็นถึงวัฒนธรรมองค์กรของคณะที่มองว่า “Fail to Learn” หรือการเรียนรู้จากความล้มเหลวคือหัวใจสำคัญของการพัฒนางานเพื่อความเป็นเลิศด้วยนวัตกรรมอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยการ “ค่อย ๆ ขันน็อต” ปรับปรุงแก้ไขให้เหมาะสมกับบริบทและความต้องการของผู้ใช้งานอย่างแท้จริง
คณะนิติศาสตร์ขอขอบคุณทุกทีมงานที่ได้ร่วมกันนำเสนอแนวคิดดีๆ และแสดงถึงสปิริตของนักพัฒนาที่ไม่หยุดนิ่ง เราเชื่อมั่นว่าทุกข้อเสนอแนะคือโอกาสในการเรียนรู้และเติบโต ขอเป็นกำลังใจให้ทีมงานทุกคนเดินหน้าพัฒนาโครงการต่อไป เพื่อร่วมกันสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมที่เป็นประโยชน์และยั่งยืนให้กับองค์กรในอนาคต
Commending the Developer’s Spirit! The Faculty of Law Emphasizes “Fail to Learn” as the Core of Learning through the Fact to Action Pitching Project
Assistant Professor Dr. Chainarong Luengvilai, Dean of the Faculty of Law, Chiang Mai University, praised the operational staff for their potential and dedication in developing the faculty’s work by presenting projects under the “Fact to Action Pitching Project,” which saw nearly 20 project proposals.
One of the projects that garnered attention, presented by Mr. Pakkawat Promchart from the Student Quality Development Department on July 22, 2568, was the “Student Work-Study Fund Project.” Its objective was to improve the management of the work-study fund system, transitioning from a paper-based, multi-platform system to a modern online one. However, the review committee provided significant feedback for further project improvement.
The committee agreed that the concept of moving to an online system was a supported initiative, but the current proposed format was too complex and could create new burdens for staff, especially professors. Furthermore, it lacked a comprehensive analysis of the potential impacts. The primary objective of the work-study fund is to help and provide students with experience, not to strictly control their hours. Therefore, the committee recommended that the project review its process to be simpler, eliminate unnecessary steps, and solve the actual problems.
The Dean expressed his admiration and encouragement to the project team for being open to feedback and willing to continue developing the project. This reflects the faculty’s organizational culture of seeing “Fail to Learn” as the heart of continuous innovation for excellence. This approach involves “gradually tightening the nuts” and adjusting the project to genuinely fit the context and needs of its users.
