คณะนิติศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ร่วมแสดงความยินดีในโอกาส 19 ปี แห่งการสถาปนาคณะนิติศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น พร้อมผนึกกำลังจัดประชุมวิชาการระดับชาติ
คณะนิติศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ขอแสดงความยินดีเป็นอย่างยิ่งในโอกาสที่คณะนิติศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ฉลองครบรอบ 19 ปี แห่งการสถาปนา และในโอกาสที่เป็นเจ้าภาพจัดการประชุมวิชาการระดับชาติในหัวข้อ “การบูรณาการเพื่อสร้างความเป็นธรรมทางสังคมอย่างยั่งยืน : ความท้าทายด้านกฎหมาย เทคโนโลยี และนวัตกรรม” (The National Academic Conference Integration for Sustainable Social Justice: Challenges in Law, Technology, and Innovation) ในวันที่ 3-4 กรกฎาคม 2568 ณ คณะนิติศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น
ในการนี้ คณะนิติศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ในฐานะเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ “มข.- มอ. – มช. 3 พลังเพื่อแผ่นดิน”ได้เข้าร่วมเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการจัดงาน เพื่อเสริมสร้างความแข็งแกร่งทางวิชาการและแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ร่วมกัน
ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ชัยณรงค์ เหลืองวิลัย คณบดีคณะนิติศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ได้รับเกียรติให้เป็นวิทยากรพิเศษร่วมเสวนาในหัวข้อ “เทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมทางกฎหมาย: เครื่องมือขับเคลื่อนความเป็นธรรมทางสังคม” (Legal Tech and Legal Innovation : Tools for Advancing Social Justice in the Digital Age) โดยได้จุดประกายประเด็นที่น่าสนใจหลายมิติ อาทิ:
– กฎหมายและเทคโนโลยีจะสามารถแย่งชิงบทบาทในการให้ความเป็นธรรมทางสังคมได้หรือไม่ และอย่างไร
– เทคโนโลยีเป็นเพียงเครื่องมือที่ช่วยให้สังคมได้รับความเป็นธรรม หรือมีบทบาทมากกว่านั้น
– เทคโนโลยีจะมีส่วนช่วยในการสร้างความเป็นธรรมและลดความเหลื่อมล้ำทางสังคมได้อย่างไร
นอกจากนี้ คณบดียังได้ทำหน้าที่เป็นกรรมการผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิในการรับฟังและให้ข้อคิดเห็นต่อผลงานทางวิชาการที่นำเสนอภายในงาน ทั้งในรูปแบบการนำเสนอด้วยวาจา (Oral Presentation) และรูปแบบโปสเตอร์ (Poster Presentation) เพื่อส่งเสริมและพัฒนาศักยภาพของนักวิชาการและนักวิจัยรุ่นใหม่
การประชุมวิชาการในครั้งนี้ ยังมีคณาจารย์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจากมหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่เข้าร่วมด้วย ได้แก่ ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร. อุดมโชค อาษาวิมลกิจ จากคณะรัฐศาสตร์และรัฐประศาสนศาสตร์ และ ดร. ศุภรา กรุดพันธ์ จากวิทยาลัยศิลปะ สื่อ และเทคโนโลยี ซึ่งสะท้อนให้เห็นถึงความร่วมมือแบบบูรณาการข้ามศาสตร์ของมหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่
คณะนิติศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ขอชื่นชมและยินดีกับความสำเร็จของคณะนิติศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่นอีกครั้ง และหวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่าความร่วมมืออันดีงามภายใต้เครือข่าย “มข.- มอ. – มช. 3 พลังเพื่อแผ่นดิน” จะนำไปสู่การพัฒนาวงการกฎหมายและสร้างความเป็นธรรมให้แก่สังคมไทยอย่างยั่งยืนสืบไป
CMU Faculty of Law Congratulates KKU Faculty of Law on its 19th Anniversary and Collaborates on National Academic Conference
The Faculty of Law, Chiang Mai University, extends its warmest congratulations to the Faculty of Law, Khon Kaen University, on the occasion of its 19th anniversary and for successfully hosting the National Academic Conference on the theme: “Integration for Sustainable Social Justice: Challenges in Law, Technology, and Innovation,” held on July 3-4, 2025, at the Faculty of Law, Khon Kaen University.
As a member of the “KKU-PSU-CMU: 3 Powers for the Nation” academic cooperation network, the Faculty of Law, Chiang Mai University, was honored to participate in this significant event, reinforcing academic ties and fostering the exchange of knowledge.
Assistant Professor Dr. Chainarong Luangvilai, Dean of the Faculty of Law, Chiang Mai University, was honored as a distinguished guest speaker on the panel titled “Legal Tech and Legal Innovation: Tools for Advancing Social Justice in the Digital Age.” He raised several thought-provoking points, including:
– Whether law and technology might compete for the role of delivering social justice, and how.
– Whether technology is merely a tool to help society achieve justice or if it plays a more significant role.
– How technology can contribute to building fairness and reducing social inequality.
Furthermore, the Dean served as an expert committee member, providing valuable insights and feedback on academic works presented in both Oral and Poster Presentation formats, thereby supporting the development of emerging scholars and researchers.
The conference was also attended by other distinguished faculty members from Chiang Mai University, including Assistant Professor Dr. Udomchoke Asawimolkit from the Faculty of Political Science and Public Administration, and Dr. Supara Krutphan from the College of Arts, Media and Technology, reflecting Chiang Mai University’s commitment to interdisciplinary collaboration.
The Faculty of Law, Chiang Mai University, once again commends and congratulates the Faculty of Law, Khon Kaen University, on its success.
