อาจารย์คณะนิติศาสตร์ บรรยายพิเศษ ณ Ho Chi Minh City University of Law ประเทศเวียดนาม

ระหว่างวันที่ 5 – 7 พฤศจิกายน 2568 ที่ผ่านมา อาจารย์ ดร.อัจฉริยา วงษ์บูรณาวาทย์ อาจารย์ประจำคณะนิติศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ได้เดินทางไปบรรยายพิเศษแก่นักศึกษากฎหมาย ณ Ho Chi Minh City University of Law (HCMC) ซึ่งเป็นสถาบันเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทางวิชาการของคณะนิติศาสตร์ มช.

ในการเดินทางครั้งนี้ อาจารย์ ดร.อัจฉริยา ได้บรรยายในหัวข้อ “Comparative Intellectual Property Law” ภายใต้หลักสูตร Advanced Study Program โดยเน้นการเปรียบเทียบกฎหมายทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาระหว่างประเทศ พร้อมแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้กับคณาจารย์และนักศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยคู่ความร่วมมือ

กิจกรรมดังกล่าวนับเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการแลกเปลี่ยนบุคลากรสายวิชาการ อันเป็นการส่งเสริมความร่วมมือด้านวิชาการระหว่างสองสถาบันให้แน่นแฟ้นยิ่งขึ้น และเป็นโอกาสในการพัฒนาทักษะและมุมมองด้านกฎหมายในบริบทนานาชาติของทั้งสองฝ่ายต่อไป.

Faculty of Law, Chiang Mai University Delivers Special Lecture at Ho Chi Minh City University of Law

From 5 to 7 November 2025, Dr. Archariya Wongburanavart, Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Chiang Mai University, visited Ho Chi Minh City University of Law (HCMC) to deliver a special lecture to law students. HCMC is one of the Faculty’s long-standing academic partner institutions.

During the visit, Dr. Archariya gave a lecture on “Comparative Intellectual Property Law” as part of the Advanced Study Program, focusing on comparative perspectives of intellectual property law across jurisdictions. The session also provided an opportunity for academic exchange with faculty members and students of HCMC.

This activity forms part of the Faculty’s ongoing academic staff exchange initiatives and further strengthens the academic collaboration between the two institutions, contributing to the development of international legal knowledge and academic engagement moving forward.
