คณะนิติศาสตร์ มช. เข้าร่วมสัมมนาครบรอบ 50 ปี ความสัมพันธ์ทางการทูตจีน–ไทย ณ Southwest University of Political Science and Law (SWUPL)

เมื่อวันที่ 25 ตุลาคม 2568 ผู้แทนจาก คณะนิติศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ (LAW CMU) นำโดย ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ชัยณรงค์ เหลืองวิลัย คณบดีคณะนิติศาสตร์ และ ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ วาทิศ โสตถิพันธุ์ รองคณบดีฝ่ายวิเทศสัมพันธ์

เข้าร่วมการสัมมนาในหัวข้อ “Celebrating the 50th Anniversary of China-Thailand Diplomatic Relations: Seminar on Sino-Thai Civilization Mutual Learning and Collaborative Innovation in Legal Education” ซึ่งจัดขึ้นโดย มหาวิทยาลัยวิทยาศาสตร์การเมืองและกฎหมายตะวันตกเฉียงใต้ (SWUPL) เมืองฉงชิ่ง ประเทศจีน ซึ่งเป็นสถาบันคู่ความร่วมมือทางวิชาการของคณะนิติศาสตร์ ที่ดำเนินกิจกรรมทางวิชาการร่วมกันมาอย่างต่อเนื่อง นั้น

ในงานสัมมนาครั้งนี้ มีผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิและผู้แทนกว่า 20 คน ทั้งจากหน่วยงานภาครัฐ มหาวิทยาลัย และสำนักงานกฎหมายของประเทศไทย เข้าร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นร่วมกับคณาจารย์จาก SWUPL เพื่อเสริมสร้างความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ และแสวงหารูปแบบในการพัฒนาการศึกษากฎหมายระหว่างสองประเทศแบบใหม่ร่วมกัน

ในการนี้ ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ชัยณรงค์ เหลืองวิลัย ได้ร่วมกล่าวบรรยายพิเศษในหัวข้อ “Enhancing Chinese – Thai Collaboration on Legal Educatio” โดยเสนอแนวทางสำคัญสามประการที่จะช่วยยกระดับความร่วมมือด้านการศึกษากฎหมายระหว่างสองประเทศให้มีความเข้มแข็งและยั่งยืนมากยิ่งขึ้น

นอกจากนี้ ทาง SWUPL ยังได้จัดพิธีลงนามในบันทึกความร่วมมือทางวิชาการกับสถาบันการศึกษาของไทยหลายแห่ง อาทิเช่น มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ และ มหาวิทยาลัยวลัยลักษณ์ เพื่อส่งเสริมการจัดอบรมร่วม การวิจัยทางวิชาการ และการแลกเปลี่ยนเชิงวิชาชีพ

คณะนิติศาสตร์ มช. ยังได้เข้าร่วมการเสวนาในหัวข้อ ความร่วมมือทางกระบวนการยุติธรรม การศึกษากฎหมายสองภาษา และการปฏิบัติงานทางกฎหมายข้ามพรมแดน เพื่อยืนยันพันธกิจของคณะในการส่งเสริมความร่วมมือทางวิชาการระดับนานาชาติ และสนับสนุนการพัฒนาความสัมพันธ์จีน–ไทยให้เป็น “ประชาคมที่มีอนาคตร่วมกัน” อย่างยั่งยืน

LAW CMU Joins Seminar Celebrating the 50th Anniversary of China–Thailand Diplomatic Relations at SWUPL

On October 25, representatives from the Faculty of Law, Chiang Mai University (LAW CMU), led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Chainarong Luengvilai, Dean of the Faculty of Law, and Asst. Prof. Watis Sotthibandhu, Vice Dean for International Relations, participated in the seminar “Celebrating the 50th Anniversary of China–Thailand Diplomatic Relations: Seminar on Sino–Thai Civilization Mutual Learning and Collaborative Innovation in Legal Education,” hosted by the Southwest University of Political Science and Law (SWUPL) in Chongqing, China.

The seminar brought together more than twenty experts and delegates from Thai government agencies, universities, and law firms, along with SWUPL scholars, to strengthen academic exchange and explore new models of cooperation in legal education between China and Thailand.

During the event, Dean Chainarong delivered a speech on “Enhancing Chinese–Thai Collaboration on Legal Education,” highlighting three key dimensions through which Chinese–Thai cooperation in legal education can be further advanced.

In addition, SWUPL signed cooperation agreements with several Thai institutions, including Thammasat University and Walailak University, to promote joint training programs, academic research, and professional exchange.

LAW CMU representatives also joined discussions on judicial collaboration, bilingual legal education, and cross-border legal practice, reaffirming the university’s commitment to promoting international cooperation and contributing to the development of the China–Thailand community with a shared future.
