คณบดีและรองคณบดีฝ่ายบริหาร คณะนิติศาสตร์ มช. สื่อสารเชิงกลยุทธ์กับบุคลากรสายสนับสนุนด้านบริหารทั่วไป ขับเคลื่อนองค์กรสู่ความเป็นเลิศและยั่งยืน | Strategic Engagement with General Administrative Support Staff: Driving the Faculty of Law, CMU Toward Excellence and Sustainability

เมื่อวันที่ 18 กรกฎาคม 2568 ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ชัยณรงค์ เหลืองวิลัย คณบดีคณะนิติศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ได้เป็นประธานในการจัดกิจกรรม Lunch Talk เพื่อสื่อสารเชิงกลยุทธ์กับบุคลากรสายสนับสนุนในส่วนงานบริหาร โดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อเสริมสร้างความเข้าใจร่วมกันในวิสัยทัศน์และพันธกิจของคณะฯ และขับเคลื่อนการทำงานของทุกฝ่ายให้มุ่งสู่เป้าหมายเดียวกัน

คณบดีได้เน้นย้ำถึงบทบาทที่สำคัญของบุคลากรสายสนับสนุนงานบริหารในฐานะฟันเฟืองหลักที่ช่วยสนับสนุนภารกิจหลักของคณะฯ ให้เกิดผลสัมฤทธิ์อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม โดยเฉพาะการพัฒนาคุณภาพการบริหารจัดการให้มีความโปร่งใส มีประสิทธิภาพ และสามารถต่อยอดได้อย่างยั่งยืนตามแนวทางของ EdPEx (Education Criteria for Performance Excellence) ซึ่งเป็นกรอบการประกันคุณภาพระดับสากล พร้อมกับชี้ให้เห็นเป้าหมายร่วมของคณะฯ ในการก้าวไปสู่ “Brand ระดับ 3” ซึ่งสะท้อนถึงความเป็นเลิศทั้งด้านวิชาการและการบริหารงาน

ในการพูดคุยครั้งนี้ บุคลากรแต่ละฝ่ายยังได้มีโอกาสสะท้อนความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับบทบาทหน้าที่ของตนว่ามีส่วนส่งเสริมพันธกิจหลักของคณะฯ อย่างไร เช่น การบริหารจัดการเอกสารภายในให้สะดวกรวดเร็ว การดูแลระบบสารสนเทศอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ การสนับสนุนการจัดกิจกรรมด้วยระบบเสียงและภาพที่พร้อมใช้งาน ไปจนถึงการดูแลสภาพแวดล้อมและอาคารสถานที่ให้เอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้และการทำงาน

กิจกรรม Lunch Talk ในครั้งนี้ นับเป็นเวทีสำคัญที่ช่วยเสริมสร้างการสื่อสารภายในองค์กร สร้างความตระหนักรู้ถึงบทบาทของแต่ละบุคคลในการร่วมกันขับเคลื่อนคณะนิติศาสตร์ให้เติบโตอย่างมั่นคง มีประสิทธิภาพ และก้าวไปข้างหน้าอย่างยั่งยืน โดยทุกคนต่างได้รับการยกย่องให้เป็น “ผู้พลิกโฉม” (Game Changer) ที่มีศักยภาพในการสร้างการเปลี่ยนแปลงและยกระดับการให้บริการในบทบาทของตนอย่างไม่หยุดยั้ง

คณะนิติศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ขอยืนยันเจตนารมณ์ในการพัฒนาระบบสนับสนุนองค์กรให้มีความทันสมัย พร้อมรับการเปลี่ยนแปลง และเติบโตเคียงข้างพันธกิจของคณะฯ ไปอย่างมั่นคงและยั่งยืนต่อไป

On 18 July 2025, Asst. Prof. Dr. Chainarong Luengvilai, Dean of the Faculty of Law, Chiang Mai University, presided over a Lunch Talk session to engage in strategic communication with personnel from the general administrative support units. The aim of this session was to foster a shared understanding of the faculty’s vision and mission, and to align all sectors toward achieving a common goal.

The Dean emphasized the vital role of administrative support staff as a key driving force behind the successful implementation of the faculty’s core missions. In particular, he highlighted the importance of enhancing transparency, efficiency, and sustainability in management operations, following the international framework of EdPEx (Education Criteria for Performance Excellence). The session also reaffirmed the faculty’s collective goal of achieving “Brand Level 3”, which reflects excellence in both academic and administrative dimensions.

During the discussion, staff from each department were encouraged to share reflections on how their roles contribute to the faculty’s core missions. Examples included efficient internal documentation management, effective IT system support, audiovisual readiness for events, and maintaining a conducive physical environment for learning and working.

This Lunch Talk served as a significant platform for strengthening internal communication, raising awareness of the value of each individual’s role, and encouraging all participants to jointly propel the Faculty of Law forward with stability, efficiency, and long-term sustainability. All attendees were recognized as “Game Changers”—individuals capable of driving meaningful change and continuously improving service performance within their respective roles.

The Faculty of Law, Chiang Mai University, reaffirms its strong commitment to developing a modern and resilient administrative support system, ready to embrace change and advance hand in hand with the faculty’s mission in a sustainable manner.
