หลักสูตรอบรมพิเศษด้านกฎหมายสหภาพยุโรปและกฎหมายการค้าระหว่างประเทศ“9 hour : WTO Training Course”

เมื่อวันที่ 29 มกราคม 2568 คณะนิติศาสตร์ นำโดย ผศ.ดร.ชัยณรงค์ เหลืองวิลัย คณบดีคณะนิติศาสตร์ พร้อมด้วย รศ.ดร.อุษณีย์ เอมศิรานันท์ รองคณบดีด้านวิเทศสัมพันธ์ และคณาจารย์ ให้การต้อนรับ Dr. Florin Dascalescu ตำแหน่ง Head of Unit/Acting HoU, General Legal Affairs (GLA) Unit, Legal Service จาก European Investment Fund (ELF) ในฐานะวิทยากรผู้เชี่ยวชาญภายใต้โครงการ Law CMU Visiting Fellowship Program 2025

คณะฯ ได้จัดการอบรมในหลักสูตร “9 hour: WTO Training Course” รวมระยะเวลา 9 ชั่วโมง เพื่อให้นักศึกษา ศิษย์เก่า และอาจารย์ในมหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ได้เรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับความรู้เบื้องต้นด้านกฎหมายสหภาพยุโรปและกฎหมายการค้าระหว่างประเทศที่ใช้กำกับดูแลการค้าระหว่างประเทศ โดยโครงการฯดังกล่าวมุ่งเน้นให้ผู้เข้าร่วมมีความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับข้อบังคับขององค์การการค้าโลก (WTO) และความเชื่อมโยงระหว่างกฎหมายของสหภาพยุโรปกับนโยบายการค้าระหว่างประเทศ

อีกทั้ง Dr. Florin Dascalescu ได้นำเสนอแนวคิดและประสบการณ์จากการปฏิบัติงานจริง ซึ่งจะเป็นประโยชน์อย่างยิ่งต่อผู้เข้าร่วมอบรมที่สนใจในกฎหมายเศรษฐกิจระหว่างประเทศ

คณะนิติศาสตร์มุ่งเน้นการส่งเสริมความร่วมมือทางวิชาการระดับนานาชาติ และพัฒนาทักษะด้านกฎหมายที่จำเป็นให้กับผู้เข้าร่วม เพื่อเตรียมพร้อมสำหรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงในบริบทของการค้าระหว่างประเทศและธรรมาภิบาลระดับโลก

On 29 January,2025, Faculty of Law is honored to host Dr. Florin Dascalescu, Head of Unit/Acting HoU, General Legal Affairs (GLA) Unit, Legal Service from EUROPEAN INVESTMENT FUND (EIF), as a distinguished guest lecturer under the “Law CMU Visiting Fellowship Program 2025”

Dr. Dascalescu, an expert in European Union Law and International Trade Law, delivered a specialized “9-hour WTO Training Course” to faculty’s students, Alumni and CMU lecturers, aimed at providing in-depth knowledge on the legal frameworks governing international trade.

The program is designed to enhance the understanding of the World Trade Organization (WTO) regulations, dispute settlement mechanisms, and the intersection of EU law with global trade policies. Dr. Dascalescu’s expertise and extensive experience in the field will offer valuable insights to faculty members, students, and those who are interested in international economic law.

This initiative reflects the Faculty of Law’s commitment to fostering international academic collaboration and equipping participants with essential legal competencies in the ever-evolving landscape of global trade and governance.
