บุคลากรคณะนิติศาสตร์ มช. เข้าร่วมอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการด้านการรับมือภัยคุกคามทางไซเบอร์และการละเมิดข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
เมื่อวันที่ 13–14 กรกฎาคม 2569 บุคลากรคณะนิติศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ เข้าร่วมโครงการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ “การฝึกซ้อมแผนเผชิญเหตุภัยคุกคามทางไซเบอร์และการละเมิดข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลสำหรับส่วนงานในมหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่” ซึ่งจัดโดยสำนักบริการเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ณ ห้องประชุมเรือนคุ้ม โรงแรมคุ้มภูคำ จังหวัดเชียงใหม่
การอบรมครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเสริมสร้างความรู้ ความเข้าใจ และพัฒนาศักยภาพของบุคลากรในการรับมือกับภัยคุกคามทางไซเบอร์และเหตุละเมิดข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลอย่างเป็นระบบ พร้อมทั้งยกระดับการบริหารจัดการความมั่นคงปลอดภัยสารสนเทศให้สอดคล้องกับพระราชบัญญัติการรักษาความมั่นคงปลอดภัยไซเบอร์ พ.ศ. 2562 และพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA)
ตลอดระยะเวลาการอบรม ผู้เข้าร่วมได้รับความรู้เกี่ยวกับแนวทางการรับมือเหตุการณ์ด้านความมั่นคงปลอดภัยไซเบอร์ (Cyber Incident Response Framework) กระบวนการจัดการเหตุละเมิดข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล การบริหารจัดการสิทธิของเจ้าของข้อมูล ตลอดจนการฝึกปฏิบัติผ่านการจำลองสถานการณ์ (Table Top Exercise: TTX) ซึ่งเปิดโอกาสให้ผู้เข้าร่วมได้ร่วมวิเคราะห์สถานการณ์ ฝึกกระบวนการตัดสินใจ และกำหนดแนวทางการตอบสนองต่อเหตุการณ์ตามบทบาทหน้าที่ของแต่ละส่วนงาน
นอกจากนี้ ผู้เข้าร่วมยังได้ร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ สรุปผลการฝึกซ้อม และวิเคราะห์ประเด็นที่ควรปรับปรุง (After Action Review: AAR) เพื่อนำข้อเสนอแนะไปพัฒนาแผนรับมือเหตุการณ์ด้านความมั่นคงปลอดภัยไซเบอร์และการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของแต่ละส่วนงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น
การเข้าร่วมโครงการในครั้งนี้สะท้อนถึงความมุ่งมั่นของคณะนิติศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ในการพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากรให้มีความพร้อมในการรับมือกับภัยคุกคามทางไซเบอร์และการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล อันเป็นการสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานของคณะให้เป็นไปอย่างมั่นคง ปลอดภัย และสอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานการกำกับดูแลด้านดิจิทัลของมหาวิทยาลัย
Faculty of Law Personnel Participate in Cybersecurity and Personal Data Breach Incident Response Workshop
On 13–14 July 2026, personnel from the Faculty of Law, Chiang Mai University participated in the Cybersecurity and Personal Data Breach Incident Response Tabletop Exercise Workshop for Chiang Mai University Units, organized by the Information Technology Service Center (ITSC), Chiang Mai University, at Ruen Kham Conference Room, Khum Phucome Hotel, Chiang Mai.
The workshop aimed to strengthen participants’ knowledge and practical capabilities in responding to cybersecurity threats and personal data breach incidents while enhancing institutional preparedness in accordance with the Cybersecurity Act B.E. 2562 (2019) and the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) B.E. 2562 (2019).
Throughout the two-day program, participants gained insights into Cyber Incident Response Frameworks, personal data breach management, incident reporting procedures, risk assessment, and the roles and responsibilities of relevant stakeholders. They also took part in a Tabletop Exercise (TTX), where realistic cyber incident scenarios were simulated to strengthen decision-making, interdepartmental coordination, and incident response capabilities.
The workshop concluded with an After Action Review (AAR), providing participants with the opportunity to evaluate the effectiveness of their response strategies, identify areas for improvement, and exchange best practices for enhancing cybersecurity governance and personal data protection within their respective units.
The participation of the Faculty of Law in this workshop reflects its commitment to strengthening organizational resilience against cyber threats, promoting compliance with cybersecurity and personal data protection regulations, and fostering a secure digital environment that supports the University’s mission in education, research, and public service.
