เมื่อวันพุธที่ 27 พฤษภาคม 2569 มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ โดยสำนักงานมหาวิทยาลัย ร่วมกับคณะรัฐศาสตร์และรัฐประศาสนศาสตร์ (ศูนย์นวัตกรรมรัฐศาสตร์) ได้จัดโครงการ “CMU Transparent Organization: การบริหารความเสี่ยงด้านทุจริตและผลประโยชน์ทับซ้อนในบริบทมหาวิทยาลัย” ขึ้น ณ ห้องแกรนด์วิว 1 โรงแรมเชียงใหม่ แกรนด์วิว ระหว่างเวลา 13.00 – 16.30 น.

การจัดโครงการในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อส่งเสริมความโปร่งใสและสร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการบริหารความเสี่ยงในหน่วยงานภาครัฐ โดยได้รับเกียรติจากวิทยากรผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิร่วมบรรยายใน 2 หัวข้อสำคัญ ได้แก่:

1. นายศรชัย ชูวิเชียร (รองเลขาธิการคณะกรรมการ ป.ป.ช. ภาค 5) บรรยายในหัวข้อ “ผลประโยชน์ทับซ้อนและการแยกแยะผลประโยชน์ส่วนตนและผลประโยชน์ส่วนรวมในภาครัฐ”
2. นายปฐมพร พัทฒโภคิณ (จากกองกฎหมาย มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่) บรรยายในหัวข้อ “กรณีศึกษาและข้อพึงระวังทางกฎหมาย: การจัดการความเสี่ยงและการป้องกันการทุจริตในการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรมหาวิทยาลัย”

ในการนี้ คณะนิติศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ได้ส่ง นายทินกฤษ นุตวงษ์ หัวหน้างานบริหารงานวิจัย บริการวิชาการและวิเทศสัมพันธ์ เป็นผู้แทนบุคลากรในการเข้าร่วมรับฟังการบรรยายดังกล่าว เพื่อนำแนวทาง ข้อพึงระวังทางกฎหมาย และองค์ความรู้ด้านการจัดการความเสี่ยงทุจริตมาปรับใช้ในการปฏิบัติงาน ตลอดจนร่วมขับเคลื่อนคณะนิติศาสตร์ให้เป็นองค์กรที่มีธรรมาภิบาลและความโปร่งใสตามนโยบายของมหาวิทยาลัยต่อไป

Faculty of Law, CMU Sends Representative to “CMU Transparent Organization” Project, Aiming to Manage Risks of Corruption and Conflict of Interest in the University Context

On Wednesday, May 27, 2026, Chiang Mai University, through the University Office in collaboration with the Faculty of Political Science and Public Administration (Political Science Innovation Center), organized the project “CMU Transparent Organization: Managing Risks of Corruption and Conflict of Interest in the University Context.” The event was held at Grandview 1 Room, Chiang Mai Grandview Hotel, from 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM.

The objective of this project was to promote transparency and cultivate proper knowledge and understanding of risk management within public sector agencies. The seminar honorably featured expert keynote speakers for two vital sessions:

1. Mr. Sornchai Chuwichian (Deputy Secretary-General of the National Anti-Corruption Commission, Region 5) who lectured on the topic “Conflict of Interest and the Separation of Personal Gain and Public Benefit in the Public Sector.”
2. Mr. Pathomporn Phatthaphokin (from the Legal Affairs Division, Chiang Mai University) who lectured on the topic “Case Studies and Legal Cautions: Risk Management and Corruption Prevention in the Performance of University Personnel.”

In this regard, the Faculty of Law, Chiang Mai University, deployed Mr. Thinakrit Nuttawong, Head of the Research, Academic Services, and International Relations Section, as the staff representative to attend the lectures. The participation aimed to acquire strategic guidelines, legal precautions, and risk management insights to be implemented in daily operations, while collectively driving the Faculty of Law forward as an organization of good governance and transparency in alignment with university policies.
