คณะนิติศาสตร์ มช. ส่งผู้แทนบุคลากรเข้าร่วมโครงการฝึกอบรมยกระดับการประเมิน CMU-OIT ประจำปี 2569 เสริมสร้างธรรมาภิบาลและความโปร่งใสในองค์กร
เมื่อวันจันทร์ที่ 27 เมษายน 2569 มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ โดยสำนักงานมหาวิทยาลัย ร่วมกับคณะรัฐศาสตร์และรัฐประศาสนศาสตร์ ได้จัด “โครงการฝึกอบรมเพื่อยกระดับการประเมินการเปิดเผยข้อมูลสาธารณะของส่วนงาน มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ (CMU-OIT) ประจำปี พ.ศ. 2569” ขึ้น ณ ห้องประชุม Convention1-2 โรงแรมวินทรี ซิตี้ รีสอร์ท จังหวัดเชียงใหม่
การฝึกอบรมในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจที่ถูกต้องเกี่ยวกับแนวทางการจัดทำและเผยแพร่ข้อมูลสาธารณะอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ สอดคล้องตามหลักเกณฑ์การประเมินที่มหาวิทยาลัยกำหนด โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก คุณภิญโญยศ ม่วงสมมุข เจ้าพนักงานป้องกันการทุจริตชำนาญการพิเศษ จากสำนักประเมินคุณธรรม ความโปร่งใสและส่งเสริมธรรมาภิบาล สำนักงาน ป.ป.ช. มาเป็นวิทยากรบรรยายในหัวข้อ “เกณฑ์การประเมินการเปิดเผยข้อมูลสาธารณะของส่วนงาน มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569”
ในการนี้ คณะนิติศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ได้ส่งผู้แทนบุคลากรผู้รับผิดชอบงานด้านการเปิดเผยข้อมูลสาธารณะเข้าร่วมการฝึกอบรมดังกล่าว ได้แก่
- นายวิสูตร ลิ่วเกียรติ เลขานุการคณะนิติศาสตร์
- นายทินกฤษ นุตวงษ์ หัวหน้างานบริหารงานวิจัย บริการวิชาการและวิเทศสัมพันธ์
เพื่อนำองค์ความรู้และเกณฑ์การประเมินล่าสุดจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ มาพัฒนาระบบการดำเนินงาน การเข้าถึงข้อมูลข่าวสาร ตลอดจนยกระดับความโปร่งใสและธรรมาภิบาลของคณะนิติศาสตร์ให้เป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด
Faculty of Law, CMU Sends Representatives to CMU-OIT 2026 Training Program to Enhance Institutional Governance and Transparency
On Monday, April 27, 2026, Chiang Mai University, through the University Office in collaboration with the Faculty of Political Science and Public Administration, organized the “Training Program to Enhance the Open Data Integrity and Transparency Assessment of Sectors within Chiang Mai University (CMU-OIT) for the Fiscal Year 2026.” The event took place at the Convention 1-2 Room, Wintree City Resort, Chiang Mai.
The objective of this training program was to cultivate proper knowledge and understanding of effective guidelines for compiling and publicizing open data, aligned with the assessment criteria established by the university. The event honorably featured a Senior Professional Level Anti-Corruption Officer from the Bureau of Integrity and Transparency Assessment and Governance Promotion, Office of the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC), as the guest keynote speaker to deliver a lecture on the topic of “Open Data Integrity and Transparency Assessment Criteria for Sectors within Chiang Mai University for the Fiscal Year 2026.”
In this regard, the Faculty of Law, Chiang Mai University, deployed its designated personnel responsible for public data disclosure to attend the training, including:
- Mr. Wisoot Liewkeat (Secretary of the Faculty of Law)
- Mr. Thinakrit Nuttawong (Head of the Research, Academic Services, and International Relations Section)
The participation aimed to acquire the latest expertise and evaluation standards to develop operational systems, optimize information accessibility, and elevate the transparency and good governance of the Faculty of Law to the highest level of efficiency.
