คณะนิติศาสตร์ มช. จัด Workshop ‘AI Matthew’ เสริมการเรียนรู้แบบ Active Learning ในสายกฎหมาย

คณะนิติศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ก้าวล้ำสู่การเรียนการสอนยุคใหม่ด้วยการจัดกิจกรรมเชิงปฏิบัติการด้าน AI ในกระบวนวิชากฎหมายล้มละลาย (178332) โดย ผศ.ดร.ชัยณรงค์ เหลืองวิลัย เมื่อวันที่ 3 มีนาคม 2568 ที่ผ่านมา ภายใต้โครงการพัฒนาการเรียนการสอนสมัยใหม่

ไฮไลท์สำคัญของกิจกรรมคือการแนะนำระบบ AI Chatbot “Matthew” นวัตกรรมล่าสุดภายใต้โครงการ CMU AI ที่ได้รับการพัฒนาขึ้นเพื่อสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ของนักศึกษาโดยเฉพาะ กิจกรรมดังกล่าวมุ่งเน้นการสร้างความเข้าใจและทักษะในการใช้ AI เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการเรียนรู้ ควบคู่ไปกับการปลูกฝังจริยธรรมในการใช้เทคโนโลยี

การปรับรูปแบบการเรียนการสอนครั้งนี้ถือเป็นก้าวสำคัญในการยกระดับการศึกษากฎหมายจากรูปแบบการบรรยายแบบดั้งเดิม สู่การเรียนรู้เชิงรุกที่ทันสมัย สอดคล้องกับวิสัยทัศน์ของคณะฯ ในการผลิตนักกฎหมายที่พร้อมรับมือกับความท้าทายในยุคดิจิทัล และตอบสนองความต้องการของสังคมได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

⚖️ CMU Law School Pioneers AI Integration in Legal Education, Enhancing Digital-Age Learning
The Faculty of Law at Chiang Mai University has taken a pioneering step in modern legal education by implementing an innovative AI workshop in its Bankruptcy Law course (178332). Led by Assistant Professor Dr. Chainarong Luengvilai on March 3, 2025, this initiative marks a significant advancement in the faculty’s educational development program.

The workshop showcased “Matthew,” a state-of-the-art AI chatbot developed under the CMU AI project, specifically designed to enhance students’ learning experience. This hands-on session focused on empowering students with practical AI skills while emphasizing the ethical considerations of technology use in legal studies.

This educational transformation represents a strategic shift from conventional lecture-based teaching to an innovative, technology-integrated learning approach. The initiative aligns with the faculty’s vision of nurturing legal professionals who are well-equipped to navigate the digital era while maintaining high ethical standards.
