พิธีลงนามบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ (MOU) ระหว่าง คณะนิติศาสตร์ มช. กับ สถาบันวิจัยและพัฒนาพื้นที่สูง (องค์การมหาชน)
เมื่อวันที่ 21 มีนาคม 2568 คณะนิติศาสตร์ มช. นำโดยผศ.ดร.ชัยณรงค์ เหลืองวิลัย พร้อมด้วย ผศ.วาทิศ โสตถิพันธุ์ รองคณบดีด้านวิเทศสัมพันธ์ ผศ.สุธาสินี สุภา หัวหน้าศูนย์ให้คำปรึกษาทางกฎหมาย ให้การต้อนรับ นางสาวเพชรดา อยู่สุข ตำแหน่ง รองผู้อำนวยการสถาบัน ด้านบริหารจัดการ รักษาการแทนผู้อำนวยการสถาบันวิจัยและพัฒนาพื้นที่สูง พร้อมด้วย นางสาวรินทิพย์ ต่อปัญญาเรือง หัวหน้ากลุ่มงานกฎหมาย และคณะทำงาน เนื่องในโอกาสลงนามนามต่ออายุบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือทางวิชาการระหว่าง 2 สถาบัน ณ ห้องประชุม 2 ชั้น 2 อาคารเรียนและบริหาร คณะนิติศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่
โดยวัตถุประสงค์ในความร่วมมือฯดังกล่าว มุ่งเน้นการส่งเสริมความรู้ด้านกฎหมายแก่ประชาชนบนพื้นที่สูง เพื่อให้สามารถเข้าถึงกระบวนการยุติธรรมได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ โดยเฉพาะการอบรมให้คำปรึกษากฎหมายเชิงคลินิก ซึ่งจะช่วยพัฒนาระบบยุติธรรมอย่างยั่งยืนและเป็นรูปธรรม พร้อมสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานทางวิชาการร่วมกันต่อไปในอนาคต

Signing Ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Faculty of Law, Chiang Mai University, and the Highland Research and Development Institute (Public Organization) 
On March 21, 2025, the Faculty of Law, Chiang Mai University (CMU), led by Assistant Professor Dr. Chainarong Luengvilai, together with Assistant Professor Watis Sotthibandhu, Vice Dean for International Relations, and Assistant Professor Suthasinee Supa, Law lecturer, welcomed Ms. Pedcharada Yusuk, Deputy Director of Development Bureau of the Highland Research and Development Institute (HRDI), along with Ms. Rinthip Topanyarueang, Head of Legal Section, and their working team. The occasion marked the renewal of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on academic collaboration between the two institutions.
The primary objective of this collaboration is to enhance legal awareness among highland communities, ensuring their effective access to the justice system. A key focus is the implementation of clinical legal education programs, which will contribute to the sustainable development of the justice system and provide tangible benefits. Additionally, this partnership aims to further academic cooperation and foster legal empowerment for highland residents in the years to come.
