คณะนิติศาสตร์ มช. ส่งตัวแทนนักศึกษาร่วมโครงการ “SWUPL Experience Program 2026” ณ นครฉงชิ่ง มุ่งบูรณาการความรู้นอกห้องเรียนสู่บริบทสังคมโลก

คณะนิติศาสตร์ มช. ได้ส่งตัวแทนนักศึกษาเข้าร่วมโครงการ “SWUPL Experience Program 2026” ซึ่งเป็นโครงการค่ายวัฒนธรรมและเรียนภาษาภาคฤดูร้อนระยะสั้น จัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 18 – 25 พฤษภาคม 2569 ณ นครฉงชิ่ง สาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน

คณะนิติศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ เล็งเห็นความสำคัญและผลักดันประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้นอกห้องเรียนของนักศึกษากฎหมายอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อให้นักศึกษามีความก้าวหน้าเท่าทันต่อความเป็นไปของบริบทสังคมโลก มีความเข้าใจในเพื่อนมนุษย์ สามารถปรับใช้ความรู้จากในห้องเรียนมาประยุกต์ใช้นอกห้องเรียนได้อย่างแท้จริง ตลอดจนพัฒนาทักษะการใช้ชีวิตและเปิดรับมุมมองใหม่ๆ ในต่างแดน

คณะนิติศาสตร์ มช. ได้ส่งตัวแทนนักศึกษา จำนวน 5 คน เข้าร่วมโครงการ “SWUPL Experience Program 2026” ซึ่งเป็นโครงการค่ายวัฒนธรรมและเรียนภาษาภาคฤดูร้อนระยะสั้น จัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 18 – 25 พฤษภาคม 2569 ณ นครฉงชิ่ง สาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน โดยการดำเนินงานของ School of International Education of Southwest University of Political Science and Law (SWUPL), China ซึ่งโครงการนี้เน้นการเรียนรู้แบบบูรณาการที่ไม่ได้จำกัดอยู่เพียงแค่การเรียนทฤษฎีในห้องเรียนเท่านั้น

ในโอกาสนี้ นางสาวฐิตาภรณ์ มิ่งเชื้อ นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 4 ได้รับเกียรติเป็นตัวแทนนักศึกษาจากคณะนิติศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ในการกล่าวแสดงความขอบคุณต่อผู้จัดโครงการ โดยเธอได้เน้นย้ำถึงความสัมพันธ์ทางวิชาการที่แน่นแฟ้นและยาวนานระหว่างคณะนิติศาสตร์ มช. และ SWUPL พร้อมทั้งกล่าวถึงความผูกพันและมิตรภาพอันยาวนานกว่า 7 ศตวรรษระหว่างประเทศไทยและประเทศจีน ที่ซึ่งวัฒนธรรมจีนได้หลอมรวมและเติบโตเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของวิถีชีวิตคนไทยอย่างงดงาม

ตัวแทนนักศึกษายังได้แบ่งปันถึงเป้าหมายในการเข้าร่วมโครงการครั้งนี้ว่า ไม่เพียงแต่ต้องการมาพัฒนาทักษะภาษาจีนที่เต็มไปด้วยความท้าทายเท่านั้น แต่ยังตั้งใจที่จะสร้างมิตรภาพที่ยั่งยืนร่วมกับเพื่อนๆ นักศึกษาต่างชาติ เรียนรู้วัฒนธรรมที่หลากหลาย แลกเปลี่ยนมุมมองระดับโลกเพื่อสร้างการเติบโตภายในตนเอง

ในช่วงท้ายของการกล่าวสุนทรพจน์ นางสาวฐิตาภรณ์ได้แสดงความซาบซึ้งและขอบคุณคณาจารย์และผู้จัดงานทุกท่านสำหรับการต้อนรับอย่างอบอุ่นและการดูแลเป็นอย่างดี พร้อมกล่าวว่าโครงการนี้เปรียบเสมือนสะพานเชื่อมสัมพันธ์ที่สำคัญระหว่างประเทศ และเมื่อเดินทางกลับประเทศไทย จะนำประสบการณ์อันมีค่านี้ไปบอกเล่าและสนับสนุนให้นักศึกษาคณะนิติศาสตร์ มช.รุ่นต่อๆไป ได้เข้าร่วมโครงการที่ยอดเยี่ยมเช่นนี้ในปีต่อไปอย่างแน่นอน

The Faculty of Law, Chiang Mai University, continuously recognizes the importance of and promotes out-of-class learning experiences for law students. This initiative aims to ensure students stay updated with the dynamics of the global context, develop empathy and understanding toward fellow human beings, and effectively apply classroom knowledge to real-world situations, while enhancing life skills and gaining new perspectives abroad.

Recently, the Faculty of Law, CMU, sent student representatives to participate in the “SWUPL Experience Program 2026,” a short-term summer language and cultural camp held between May 18 and 25, 2026, in Chongqing, People’s Republic of China. Organized by the School of International Education of Southwest University of Political Science and Law (SWUPL), China, the program emphasizes integrated learning that goes beyond traditional classroom theory.

On this occasion, Miss Titaporn Mingchue (Aom), a 4th-year student, had the honor of representing the student body from the Faculty of Law, Chiang Mai University, to deliver an appreciation speech to the program organizers. She highlighted the long-standing and fruitful academic partnership between LAWCMU and SWUPL. She also spoke of the deep bond and friendship spanning over seven centuries between Thailand and China, noting how Chinese cultural heritage has beautifully blended into the daily lives of Thai people.

The student representative shared the goals for this program, stating that they aim not only to improve their challenging Chinese language skills but also to build lasting friendships with fellow international students, learn about diverse backgrounds, and broaden their global perspectives for personal growth. Additionally, they look forward to exploring beautiful landmarks and tasting the world-famous “Chongqing hot pot”.

In the concluding part of her speech, Miss Titaporn expressed her sincere gratitude to the faculty members and organizers for their warm hospitality and wonderful care. She described the program as a vital bridge between nations and stated that upon returning to Thailand, she and her colleagues would certainly encourage their juniors to follow in their footsteps and join this excellent program next year.
