คณะนิติศาสตร์ มช. ร่วมสืบสานประเพณีปี๋ใหม่เมือง เข้าสูมาคารวะและดำหัวอธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ประจำปี 2569
เมื่อวันที่ 22 เมษายน พ.ศ. 2569 คณะผู้บริหาร คณาจารย์ และบุคลากร คณะนิติศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ นำโดย ผศ.ดร.ชัยณรงค์ เหลืองวิลัย คณบดีคณะนิติศาสตร์ ได้เข้าร่วมพิธีสระเกล้าดำหัวอธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ เนื่องในเทศกาลสงกรานต์หรือประเพณีปี๋ใหม่เมือง ประจำปี 2569
การเข้าร่วมพิธีในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเป็นการแสดงความเคารพนับถือ (สูมาคารวะ) และขอพรเพื่อความเป็นสิริมงคลในการปฏิบัติงาน อีกทั้งยังเป็นการร่วมสืบสานศิลปวัฒนธรรม ขนบธรรมเนียมประเพณีอันดีงามของล้านนาให้คงอยู่สืบไป โดยคณบดีคณะนิติศาสตร์ได้เป็นตัวแทนถวายพานดอกไม้ ธูปเทียน และเครื่องดำหัวตามแบบแผนประเพณีล้านนาแก่ ศ. ดร.นพ.พงษ์รักษ์ ศรีบัณฑิตมงคล อธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่
ในโอกาสนี้ ท่านอธิการบดีได้กล่าวให้พรแก่คณะผู้บริหารและบุคลากรคณะนิติศาสตร์ เพื่อเป็นขวัญและกำลังใจในการสร้างสรรค์ผลงานทางวิชาการและการรับใช้สังคมด้านกฎหมาย บรรยากาศภายในงานเป็นไปอย่างอบอุ่น สะท้อนถึงความผูกพันและความสามัคคีระหว่างหน่วยงานภายในมหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่
การรักษาประเพณีดำหัว ไม่เพียงแต่เป็นการแสดงความกตัญญูต่อผู้ใหญ่ แต่ยังเป็นเครื่องหมายของการเริ่มต้นปีใหม่ด้วยจิตใจที่ผ่องใสและความพร้อมที่จะขับเคลื่อนคณะนิติศาสตร์ให้ก้าวหน้าต่อไป ทั้งนี้ คณะนิติศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ยังคงมุ่งเน้นการเป็นสถาบันการศึกษาที่ก้าวทันโลกยุคใหม่ควบคู่ไปกับการรักษาคุณค่าทางประเพณีและวัฒนธรรมอันดีงามสืบต่อไป
Faculty of Law, CMU Joins the 2026 Lanna Traditional “Sra-Klao Dam-Hua” Ceremony for the President of Chiang Mai University
On April 22, 2026, the executive team, faculty members, and staff of the Faculty of Law, Chiang Mai University, led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Chainarong Luengvilai, Dean of the Faculty of Law, participated in the “Sra-Klao Dam-Hua” ceremony (Songkran Festival) to pay respects to the President of Chiang Mai University for the year 2026.
The purpose of this ceremony was to express gratitude and “Suma Karawa” (respectful apologies and seeking blessings) for prosperity in their professional duties. Furthermore, the event aimed to preserve and promote the rich Lanna arts, culture, and traditions. During the ceremony, the Dean of the Faculty of Law represented the faculty in presenting traditional Lanna offerings, including flower trays and incense, to Prof. Pongruk Sribanditmongkol, M.D., Ph.D., President of Chiang Mai University.
On this auspicious occasion, the President offered his blessings and words of encouragement to the faculty’s executives and staff, motivating them in their academic pursuits and legal services to society. The atmosphere was filled with warmth, reflecting the strong bond and unity among the various departments within Chiang Mai University.
The preservation of the “Dam-Hua” tradition is not only a gesture of gratitude towards elders but also a symbol of starting the New Year with a refreshed spirit, ready to advance the Faculty of Law. The Faculty of Law, Chiang Mai University, remains dedicated to being a modern educational institution that evolves with the world while steadfastly upholding cultural values and traditions for future generations.
