เมื่อวันพุธที่ 20 พฤษภาคม 2569 มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ร่วมกับคณะรัฐศาสตร์และรัฐประศาสนศาสตร์ ได้จัด “โครงการคลินิกยกระดับการประเมินการเปิดเผยข้อมูลสาธารณะ (CMU-OIT) ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569” ขึ้น ณ โรงแรมโนโวเทล เชียงใหม่ นิมมาน เจอร์นีย์ฮับ

ในการนี้ คณะนิติศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ได้เล็งเห็นถึงความสำคัญในการพัฒนาระบบการดำเนินงานดังกล่าว จึงได้ส่งบุคลากรผู้รับผิดชอบเข้าร่วมโครงการ นำโดย:

• นายวิสูตร ลิ่วเกียรติ (เลขานุการคณะนิติศาสตร์)
• นางวรันธร วังเวียง (หัวหน้างานบริหารทั่วไป)

โดยคณะผู้แทนได้เข้าร่วมการบรรยาย กิจกรรมอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ (Workshop) และการเสวนาแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ร่วมกับส่วนงานต้นแบบภายในมหาวิทยาลัย เพื่อนำองค์ความรู้ที่ได้รับมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการยกระดับความโปร่งใส เสริมสร้างระบบธรรมาภิบาล และพัฒนาประสิทธิภาพการเข้าถึงข้อมูลของคณะนิติศาสตร์อย่างเป็นรูปธรรมต่อไป

📌 วัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการ

• เพื่อสร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจที่ถูกต้องเกี่ยวกับหลักเกณฑ์และแนวทางการประเมินฯ
• ร่วมขับเคลื่อนการเปิดเผยข้อมูลข่าวสารที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อสาธารณะให้มีคุณภาพ ถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน และเป็นมาตรฐานเดียวกันทั่วทั้งมหาวิทยาลัย

Faculty of Law, CMU Attends “CMU-OIT 2026 Assessment Enhancement Clinic” to Concretely Drive Governance and Transparency

On Wednesday, May 20, 2026, Chiang Mai University, in collaboration with the Faculty of Political Science and Public Administration, organized the “Clinic Project to Enhance the Open Data Integrity and Transparency Assessment (CMU-OIT) for the Fiscal Year 2026.” The event was held at Novotel Chiang Mai Nimman Journeyhub.

Recognizing the vital importance of developing this operational system, the Faculty of Law, Chiang Mai University, deployed its designated personnel to participate in the project, led by:

• Mr. Wisoot Liewkeat (Secretary of the Faculty of Law)
• Mrs. Waruntorn Wangweang (Head of the General Administration Section)

The faculty representatives participated in lectures, hands-on workshop activities, and panel discussions to exchange knowledge with model sectors within the university. The acquired insights will be applied to elevate transparency, strengthen the good governance system, and concretely develop the efficiency of information accessibility for the Faculty of Law.

📌 Project Objectives

• To cultivate proper knowledge and understanding regarding the criteria and guidelines of the assessment.
• To collectively drive the disclosure of public-interest data, ensuring quality, accuracy, completeness, and a unified standard across the entire university.
