📖 สนับสนุนการปฏิรูปการศึกษา: จากตำราสู่การปฏิบัติ (Law in Action)![]()
แม้จะเป็นส่วนงานสนับสนุน แต่บุคลากรทุกคนมีส่วนสำคัญในการสร้าง “พื้นที่ปลอดภัย” (Safe Zone) และส่งเสริม “นิติสำนึก” (Legal Consciousness) ให้แก่นักศึกษา คณะฯ มุ่งเน้นการสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้แบบ Active Learning และประสานงานผู้เชี่ยวชาญภายนอกมาถ่ายทอดประสบการณ์จริง เพื่อให้นักศึกษาเข้าใจความแตกต่างระหว่าง “กฎหมายในตำรา” (Law in Book) และ “การบังคับใช้จริง” (Law in Action) โดยยึดมั่นในคุณค่าความเป็นมนุษย์และความเท่าเทียม![]()

คณะฯ นำระบบการวัดผล SROI มาใช้ประเมินมูลค่าทางสังคมของโครงการบริการวิชาการและงานวิจัย เช่น คลินิกกฎหมาย เพื่อให้บุคลากรสายสนับสนุนเห็นถึง “มูลค่า” และ “คุณค่า” ของงานที่ทำว่าสามารถสร้างประโยชน์กลับคืนสู่สังคมได้อย่างเป็นรูปธรรมในรูปแบบตัวเงินที่ชัดเจน![]()

💡 องค์กรอัจฉริยะและมาตรการประหยัดพลังงาน “กำเมินปิ๊ก”![]()
เดินหน้าโครงการ “กำเมินปิ๊ก” (Save for Support) รณรงค์การประหยัดพลังงานอย่างเป็นระบบ โดยมีแผนการปรับปรุงระบบกายภาพที่เอื้อต่อการประหยัดทรัพยากร เช่น การติดตั้งระบบเซนเซอร์อัตโนมัติในห้องน้ำเพื่อลดการใช้ไฟฟ้าเกินความจำเป็น และ แนวคิดการเปลี่ยนอุปกรณ์สำนักงานเป็น Notebook แทน PC เพื่อความยืดหยุ่นในการทำงาน (Hybrid Work) และลดภาระค่าบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์สำรองไฟ (UPS) ในระยะยาว![]()

ในปี 2569 นี้ กิจกรรม Pitching ของคณะจะมุ่งเน้นธีม “Lean Process” เพื่อให้บุคลากรสายสนับสนุนร่วมเสนอไอเดียลดขั้นตอนงานที่ซ้ำซ้อนและลดความสูญเสียในกระบวนการทำงาน ควบคู่ไปกับการบริหารงบประมาณที่โปร่งใส (Anti-Bum Budget) และการให้ความสำคัญกับกฎหมายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (PDPA) อย่างเคร่งครัด เพื่อลดความเสี่ยงในการปฏิบัติงานระดับองค์กร![]()

The leadership highlighted the Faculty’s agility, driven by a “Collaborative Spirit.” A notable success was the renovation of the 3rd-floor faculty lounge, where support staff across departments joined forces to perform the work themselves. This initiative slashed costs by over 70%. This collaborative model will be extended to the 1st-floor dining area renovation this summer.![]()

On 9 February 2026, Assistant Professor Dr. Chainarong Luengvilai, Dean of the Faculty of Law, together with Assistant Professor Dr. Nattapong Suwan-In, faculty member of the Faculty of Law, and Chinese students from the Faculty, participated in the 2026 Chinese New Year Celebration for Chinese students at Ang Kaew Pavilion, Chiang Mai University.![]()

The event was organized by the Consulate-General of the People’s Republic of China in Chiang Mai in collaboration with Chiang Mai University through the Office of Global Engagement. It aimed to strengthen communication and foster close relations between the Consulate-General and Chinese students at Chiang Mai University, as well as to celebrate and preserve the traditions of the Chinese New Year, an important cultural festival.![]()

Morrison Chair of Constitutional Law), Adjunct Prof. Craig Bennett และ Assistant Professor Dr. Dyllan Taxman ในโอกาสเดินทางมาเยี่ยมเยือนและจัดกิจกรรมบรรยายทางวิชาการให้แก่นักศึกษา![]()

The program consisted of two sessions. The morning lecture, held at the Faculty of Law’s main conference room, was titled “History and Basis of U.S. Legal Restrictions on a President’s War Powers.” The session was delivered by Assistant Professor Dr. Dyllan Taxman, who explored the historical development and legal foundations governing limitations on the U.S. President’s war powers.![]()

In the afternoon, an online lecture was conducted at the LAWCMU Juris Room on the topic “Comparative U.S. Land Use Regulation and Development Control,” presented by Assistant Professor Dr. Kayla Landeros. The lecture focused on the concepts and regulatory mechanisms of land use and development control in the United States from a comparative perspective.![]()

During the visit, the Faculty of Law and Baylor University School of Law also discussed potential avenues for future academic collaboration, including faculty and student exchanges, as well as joint academic activities aimed at strengthening institutional ties and academic cooperation between the two institutions.![]()
