Faculty of Law welcomes representative from National Cheng Kung University (NCKU) to Discuss Academic Collaboration

On September 4, 2026, the Faculty of Law, Chiang Mai University (CMU), led by Assistant Professor Dr. Chainarong Luengvilai, Dean of the Faculty of Law, together with Assistant Professor Watis Sotthibandhu, Associate Dean for International Relations, and Assistant Professor Dr. Nattapong Suwan-in, Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, welcomed Associate Professor Dr. Szu-Ting Chen from the Department of Law, National Cheng Kung University (NCKU), Taiwan.

The visit provided an opportunity for both institutions to exchange views and discuss potential areas of academic collaboration. The meeting was held at Meeting Room 1, 2nd Floor, Faculty of Law, Chiang Mai University.

During the meeting, the two sides discussed various avenues for strengthening academic cooperation, with particular emphasis on student and staff exchange programs. Such initiatives aim to provide students, faculty members, and staff with opportunities to broaden their academic and professional experiences, while fostering closer connections and international academic networks between the two institutions.

The meeting marked another important step toward strengthening the relationship between the Faculty of Law, Chiang Mai University, and the Department of Law, National Cheng Kung University (NCKU). The discussions are expected to pave the way for further academic collaboration, knowledge exchange, and international engagement between the two institutions in the future.
