      The leadership highlighted the Faculty\u2019s agility, driven by a “Collaborative Spirit.” A notable success was the renovation of the 3rd-floor faculty lounge, where support staff across departments joined forces to perform the work themselves. This initiative slashed costs by over 70%. This collaborative model will be extended to the 1st-floor dining area renovation this summer.

    2. Supporting Educational Reform: Law in Action
      Support staff play a vital role in fostering “Legal Consciousness” and maintaining a “Safe Zone” for students. The Faculty is shifting toward Active Learning, bridging the gap between “Law in Book” and “Law in Action” by facilitating insights from real-world legal practitioners while upholding human dignity and equality.

      To measure the real-world impact of academic services like legal clinics, the Faculty has adopted the SROI framework. This allows staff to see the quantified social value created by their administrative support, translating social benefits into tangible economic terms.

The initiative includes plans to upgrade physical infrastructure to maximize resource efficiency, such as: Motion-Sensor Lighting:<\/strong> Installing automated sensors in restrooms to eliminate unnecessary electricity consumption. Transition to Laptops:<\/strong> Shifting from desktop PCs to notebooks to enhance Hybrid Work<\/strong> flexibility and significantly reduce the long-term maintenance burden of Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS).
