creativity and the challenges of turning ideas into practice is the \u201cPilot Project on Applying Two-Dimensional Barcode Technology to Promote Sustainable Tourism in Front of the Faculty of Law, The project team envisioned using QR Codes as a digital bridge to connect people with modern, accessible content\u2014text, images, and videos\u2014while also reducing paper usage and promoting sustainable tourism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">However, when moving into implementation, the project encountered delays and debates lasting nearly nine months. Questions arose about its core objectives (Was it purely for promotion, or would it eventually link to commercial activities?), its target audience (for instance, Chinese tourists while the content remained in Thai), and even the physical placement of posters, such as concerns over whether positioning them on parking pillars would be appropriate. These issues revealed that the challenges of innovation are not limited to \u201cideas\u201d but lie heavily in management and communication to align all stakeholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The Faculty\u2019s latest decision was to accept the project concept and take over its management internally, relieving the proposer of further responsibilities. Existing content and videos produced will be adapted for use, with the next steps entrusted to an internal team. The immediate focus will be on enhancing the Faculty\u2019s image and public understanding, with future plans to expand the content into other languages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">While the pilot project has not fully unfolded as initially planned, what has emerged is a valuable lesson: cultural innovation requires not only creativity but also integrated management and communication. A good idea alone is not enough\u2014it must be supported by thoughtful planning, effective communication, and coordinated execution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images
