and staff are working together to improve work processes through innovation via the Fact to Action project, which has sparked more than 20 ideas. &#8220;Law Media Kit: Ready-Made&#8221; is one of the standout projects, set to enhance the university&#8217;s communication by bringing more consistency and efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Assistant Professor Dr. Chainarong Luengvilai, Dean of the Faculty of Law, Chiang Mai University, announced the success of the \u201cFact to Action: Collaborative Innovation for Work Improvement\u201d project. This initiative encourages staff to analyze data and facts to develop innovative solutions that enhance the organization&#8217;s efficiency and image. This aligns with the faculty\u2019s core culture of \u201cCollaborative Innovation for Work Improvement.\u201d The project has received an overwhelming response, with nearly 20 staff members submitting their work, reflecting a strong commitment and a willingness to embrace change within the faculty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">&#8220;The Fact to Action project is a platform for everyone to showcase their energy and new ideas. Whether an idea is selected or requires further development, it all contributes to a culture that promotes learning and the courage to fail in order to achieve sustainable growth,&#8221; said Assistant Professor Dr. Chainarong.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">One of the most notable projects selected is \u201cLaw Media Kit: Ready-Made,\u201d created by Mr. Ahpisit Karunyarat, an educational technology staff member. His work addresses the issue of faculty and staff spending excessive time designing various communication materials\u2014from public announcements and teaching aids to conference visuals\u2014which often results in delays and a lack of visual consistency. Assistant Professor Sakchai Jinawong, Associate Dean for Administration, also attended the presentation and offered valuable insights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">This project aims to be a solution by developing a comprehensive set of ready-to-use media kits for various purposes. This includes materials for public relations, teaching, virtual meeting backgrounds, and academic conferences. The media kits will allow staff, faculty, and students to quickly and effectively create high-quality, consistent visuals, ultimately building a strong and memorable brand identity for the Faculty of Law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The project team also received suggestions for further development, including a more comprehensive survey of staff needs regarding media design and the potential creation of Line Stickers that feature the unique stories and culture of the Faculty of Law.
