The project, which was successfully pitched on July 21, 2568, specifically highlighted the &#8220;We care, You&#8217;re clear: One Stop Service to Solve All Academic Problems&#8221; project. This initiative demonstrates the organization&#8217;s commitment to driving a culture of development for excellence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The &#8220;We care, You&#8217;re clear&#8221; project is an initiative by the Educational Services and Student Quality Development team. Its primary objective is to serve as a one-stop service center, providing comprehensive information, consultations, and solutions to all academic-related issues for students. This project was developed in response to feedback from students (Voice of Customer &#8211; VOC) who previously expressed concerns about slow chat responses and incomplete information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">&#8220;This project is a clear example of our staff&#8217;s dedication to analyzing data to identify problems and develop work to a higher quality,&#8221; the Dean added. &#8220;The team has used creative thinking to establish a dedicated counter service to facilitate and create a better experience for student interactions. Furthermore, they are incorporating technology like AI to help manage and analyze data to continuously improve our services. Moving forward, I ask that the project&#8217;s key performance indicators focus on the quality of service, emphasizing accuracy, speed, and exceeding student expectations by no less than 80% or at a level of 4 out of 5 and above, to truly reflect a quality-oriented approach.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">This project will not only systematize and elevate the quality of service but also reduce the routine workload of staff.
