Prof. Dr. Chainarong Luengvilai, Dean of the Faculty of Law, Chiang Mai University, presided over a Lunch Talk session to engage in strategic communication with personnel from the general administrative support units. The aim of this session was to foster a shared understanding of the faculty\u2019s vision and mission, and to align all sectors toward achieving a common goal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The Dean emphasized the vital role of administrative support staff as a key driving force behind the successful implementation of the faculty\u2019s core missions. In particular, he highlighted the importance of enhancing transparency, efficiency, and sustainability in management operations, following the international framework of EdPEx (Education Criteria for Performance Excellence). The session also reaffirmed the faculty\u2019s collective goal of achieving \u201cBrand Level 3\u201d, which reflects excellence in both academic and administrative dimensions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">During the discussion, staff from each department were encouraged to share reflections on how their roles contribute to the faculty\u2019s core missions.
