      Vision for a Productive Work Environment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The Faculty of Law at Chiang Mai University held its annual budget seminar for the fiscal year 2024, led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chaiyanarong Leungvilai, Dean of the Faculty of Law. This seminar focused on enhancing the work environment for improved efficiency and fostering organizational commitment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Completed Projects<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      This year, the Faculty of Law has undertaken several significant improvement projects, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      • Renovation of the Front Area of the Building<\/strong> to address drainage issues and prevent slip hazards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Painting of the Faculty of Law Building<\/strong> to enhance the learning environment and make it more inviting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Procurement of Tree Support Equipment<\/strong> to prevent tree falls that could potentially harm the lives and property of students and staff. This project responds to staff suggestions through the VOC system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Future Initiatives<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        We also have important plans for future development, which include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          \n
        • Improving the Faculty Lounge on the 3rd Floor<\/strong> to promote a semi-formal working atmosphere and foster good relationships among faculty members across all generations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Upgrading the Parking Area Behind the Building<\/strong> to include sunshade systems and increase parking spaces for vehicles and motorcycles to accommodate the growing number of staff.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Redesigning the Library Space<\/strong> to provide more service areas and consolidate the book storage system of the library and the Law Research and Development Center into one location by relocating from the old room to LB 1202, which will better serve and accommodate students and staff.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          System and Equipment Enhancements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Additionally, the Dean presented plans to upgrade the audio-visual systems in the main conference room to replace the outdated equipment, which will support diverse learning activities and curriculum enhancement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Lastly, there is a project for purchasing new computers for faculty and staff whose devices have reached their replacement period. This will include both desktop and notebook computers, reflecting an innovative approach that focuses on meeting the individual usage needs within the approved budget framework.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
