On 29 January,2025, Faculty of Law is honored to host Dr. Florin Dascalescu, Head of Unit\/Acting HoU, General Legal Affairs (GLA) Unit, Legal Service from EUROPEAN INVESTMENT FUND (EIF), as a distinguished guest lecturer under the \u201cLaw CMU Visiting Fellowship Program 2025\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr. Dascalescu, an expert in European Union Law and International Trade Law, delivered a specialized \u201c9-hour WTO Training Course\u201d to faculty\u2019s students, Alumni and CMU lecturers, aimed at providing in-depth knowledge on the legal frameworks governing international trade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The program is designed to enhance the understanding of the World Trade Organization (WTO) regulations, dispute settlement mechanisms, and the intersection of EU law with global trade policies. Dr. Dascalescu\u2019s expertise and extensive experience in the field will offer valuable insights to faculty members, students, and those who are interested in international economic law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
