        Being a skilled lawyer based solely on theory may no longer be sufficient. The Faculty of Law recognizes the importance of developing lawyers who have a deep understanding of “legal consciousness.”<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

        What is “legal consciousness”?<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

        It is a profound understanding of the law, not just the memorization of statutes, but also the awareness of their origins, the reasonings behind the laws, and the impacts that the laws have on the society and people’s daily lives. Having legal consciousness enables lawyers to analyze legal issues comprehensively, and propose creative and beneficial solutions to societal problems.<\/span><\/h4>\n

        Why is it important to learn about legal consciousness?<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n
