คณะนิติศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ร่วมกับ Bridges Across Borders Southeast Asia Community Legal Education Initiative (BABSEA CLE) จัดการประชุมวิชาการ The 2nd Asia CLE Conference หัวข้อ “A Generation of Clinical Evolution Achieving Greater Access to Justice” ระหว่างวันที่ 26 – 28 พฤษภาคม 2566 ณ สำนักบริการวิชาการ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ โดยมี ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.นัทมน คงเจริญ คณบดีคณะนิติศาสตร์ เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิด และได้รับเกียรติจาก รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.พรรณรายรัตน์ ศรีไชยรัตน์ ผู้บุกเบิกการศึกษากฎหมายเชิงคลินิกในประเทศไทย กล่าวปาฐกถาพิเศษ โดยมีผู้เข้าร่วมงานจาก 16 ประเทศทั่วโลก ซึ่งการประชุมวิชาการในครั้งนี้จัดขึ้นเพื่อให้เกิดการแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้และประสบการณ์ในการศึกษากฎหมายเชิงคลินิกระดับนานาชาติ และเพื่อสร้างเสริมความเข้มแข็งของเครือข่ายนักวิชาการและผู้ปฏิบัติงานด้านการศึกษากฎหมายเชิงคลินิกระดับนานาชาติ อันจะนำไปสู่การลดความเหลื่อมล้ำ และการเข้าถึงความยุติธรรมอย่างยั่งยืน ———————————————— Bridge Across Borders Sotheast Asia Community Legal Education Initiative (BABSEA CLE) in collaboration with Faculty of Law, Chiang Mai University hold the 2nd Asia CLE Conference in the theme of “A Generation of Clinical Evolution Achieving Greater Access to Justice” between 26 – 28 May 2023 at University Academic Service Center: UNISERV CMU, Chiang Mai, Thailand. In the morning of 26 May 2023, Assistant Professor Dr.Nuthamon Kongcharoen, Dean Faculty of Law Chiang Mai University was delivered a welcoming remarks to presenters and participants. In this regard, Associate Professor Dr. Pannarairat Srichairat ,the pioneer of the Clinical Legal Education Studies in Thailand, also delivered a special speech to participants from more than 16 countries around the world. The objectives of the conference is to encourage participants to exchange and discuss their perspectives, experiences, and knowledges in the successful evolution of CLE experiences throughout the Asia region, as well as globally.
