The Faculty of Law, Chiang Mai University, in partnership with the Clooney Foundation for Justice has commenced the Fair Trials Clinic project with an aim to observe and report on the right to fair proceedings focusing on vulnerable groups in the eyes of the law in Thailand. To better reflect increasing number of trials against freedom of expression, we are expanding our court trial monitoring activities.
