Following the success of Community and Technological Camp (CommTECH) Highlight 2013, ITS International Office is holding the event once more in 2014. As in 2013, in 2014 ITS provides numbers of full & partial scholarships for participants
In 2014, ITS also offers short courses during WINTER (January) & SUMMER (June-August) breaks. Your institution could request for a customized short course program. Please contact Mr. Wahyu at international@its.ac.id for further discussion.
CommTECH HIGHLIGHT 2014 is an opportunity for university students, academics, and professionals from all over the world to learn about community and global issues through a variety of fun activities. It will take place in various places around Surabaya, Indonesia on 25 August – 2 September 2014.
The aim of the event is to facilitate a broad opportunity to better understand ITS's expertises and technology implementation in the society while visiting, discovering, and experiencing Indonesia's diverse heritage and culture. It will also open up an opportunity to exchange ideas and develop a mutual vision for the future of our community.
The theme of the event is “Solving Local Problems with Global Knowledge”. Our organizing committee has been working hard to make these monumental events a truly memorable experience for all participants, as the agenda and registration form are attached here.
Registration will be opened from the 1st March until the 31st July 2014. Please fill in the attached registration form, scan it, and send it to international@its.ac.id.
The participants of CommTECH 2012 & 2013 are not allowed to apply for scholarship in CommTECH 2014.
